16 and 17 year olds can now sign up with guardian consent

Plenty of young people run a roadside stall, a market table or a small fundraiser - and now they can take card payments too.
Sellers aged 16 and 17 can now create a Pay By QR account. During sign up they simply provide their parent or guardian's details and consent, and the guardian is notified once the account is set up.
It is a straightforward way to open Pay By QR up to younger sellers while keeping a parent or guardian in the loop.
